  1. Responsible for project execution (including client meeting, site view, report writing, presentation and everything related to the project)
  1. Training and supporting junior associates
  1. Tasked to develop industry network, conduct CRM with BD as support or independent
  1. Develop industry expertise
  1. Support leader to make company strategic development plan

Essential Skills:

  1. Understanding of the hospitality industry
  1. Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
  1. Proficiency in word processing, database, spreadsheet and email programs.  
  1. Demonstrated ability to prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines.
  1. Ability to respond to changing and sometimes ambiguous situations.
  1. Ability to work as part of the team to meet individual and office objectives.
  1. High Proficiency (fluent) in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.


  1. At least 3 years working experience in hotel industry (consulting experience is preferred)
  1. Major in Hospitality Business, Data Analysis, Real Estate Investment, and other related majors.
  1. Good Industry networking
