Jonathan Rose

Jonathan is a seasoned Development Director specializing in the Luxury Hospitality and Leisure sectors. In 2008, Jonathan set up his own consulting business where he completed 60 hospitality and leisure projects throughout Asia and the Middle East. His track record also includes being a board member for a turnkey (design & build) contractor in Vietnam, Executive Director of the design & development management team of Okada Manila, Group Director of Leisure for Hong Kong-based Langham Hotels International, developing commercial leasing strategies for a leisure company, and acting as Sales & Marketing / Development Director for a global group operating entrepreneur resorts and cafés.

Jonathan is confident and experienced in managing all types of hospitality development projects from master planning through to ongoing asset management. This includes strategy, financial analysis, negotiating management or license contracts, branding, sales & marketing planning and implementation, pre-opening planning and advice and post-operation stabilization.
