Hotel Panorama is located at the heart of the Tsim She Tsui neighbourhood, mere steps away from a myriad of retail and dining venues. Due to an internal restructuring, the owner set out to find a third party operator who could enhance the asset performance. We were able to introduce a number of candidates and narrow it down to an option where the commercial interests were aligned, there was flexibility on the renovation program, introduced a new brand to the market and took into account the nature of the surrounding neighbourhood. The new brand should be announced in the coming months!
