China Jinmao Holdings Group Limited, a Hong Kong listed company focused on property development and management in mainland China. On 21 November, the company announced the intention to sell their 100%equity stake in Jin Mao Sanya Tourism, the HoldCo of the 446-room Ritz-Carlton Sanya Yalong Bay. The sale was listed on the China Beijing Equity Exchange with a minimum bid of RMB2,264.6 million (USD319.8 million) or RMB5.1 million (USD717,000) per key.

NipponHotel & Residential REIT

A Japan based real estate investment fund, Nippon Hotel & Residential REIT, announced a JPY12.2 billion (USD79.2 million) acquisition for four properties from APA group with three under the APA Hotel brand and one independent property:

• 162-key APA Hotel Namba-Kita Shinsaibashi Ekimae for USD31.5 million or USD194,000 per key
• 144-key APA Hotel Matsuyamajyo-nishi for USD7.8 million or USD54,000 per key.
• 109-key APA Hotel Hakata Ekimae for USD25.5 million or USD234,000 per key.
• 165-key Hotel Vista Atsugi for USD14.4million or USD87,000 per key.

Hotel Miramar Singapore

Wee Hur Holdings has revealed that they had teamed up with Aravest, a Singapore fund manager controlled by Sumitomo Mitsui Financing and Leasing (SMFL) to acquire the344-key Hotel Miramar Singapore for SGD160 million (USD123 million) or SGD465,000 (USD358,000) per key. The 55years old hotel has ceased its operation at the end of October and aims to reopen under the DoubleTree by Hilton brand in 2026.
