Creating a new district in the heart of Bangkok

Our client was one of the bidders for the development of this landmark site to the north of Sukhumvit in central Bangkok. Benefitting from great accessibility by road and mass transport, the Makkasan master plan is envisioned to offer a mix of residential, office, large-scale retail, MICE, arena and hotel facilities. We focused on the MICE, arena and three hotel components to scale and positions them towards a dynamic and highly competitive marketplace in the future.
